The curriculum was fair, but I dreaded dealing directly with the company. I never had a problem as long as I used a representative or bought Bob Jones materials from another supplier. Working directly with the company oddly resulted in incorrect shipments and rude customer service representatives. I might consider giving Bob Jones another try if I never had to deal directly with the company again.

Tests are not user friendly. The test answer keys often state that student responses will vary. This is not user friendly for the parent when she is trying to reconcile the two.
