When Kidd receives an invitation from distant cousin,
Parke Jamieson VI to visit family in St. Louis, he is hesitantly accepts.
Initially he and Parke bump heads as Parke tries to share with him the Jamieson
legacy and his faith. But when a series of events take place, involving a dog named
Silent Killer, some Stacy Adams shoes, and a couple of women of faith, Kidd's raging
storm is challenged.
Will his bad boy attitude and hatred for the Jamieson
name destroy Kidd? Or, will meeting his father's family and a few unexpected encounters
