LIFEPAC resources promote the principle of mastery learning through the use of engaging lessons, activities, review questions, and tests, all with a focus on biblical truth. Rather than following a rigid assignment schedule, students are allowed to master the content in each unit workbook before progressing to the next. Subjects and grade level workbooks can even be mixed and matched to personalize each student’s curriculum content!

This one-semester high school elective carefully considers the Christian view of health. The practice of good health starts with knowledge of the physical systems of the body. When the function of the body is understood, a person recognizes the importance of good nutrition, healthy exercise and personal hygiene.
