Bible Memory Challenge Publication Titus chapter 2 tells us that the older Christian women should teach the younger women to be sober, to love their husbands, to love their children, to be discreet, chaste, keepers at home, good, obedient to their own husbands, that the word of God be not blasphemed. (Titus 2:3-5) This beautiful poem, by Debi Pearl, focuses on the second of these exhortations and can help ladies gain further insight into what it really means to "love their husbands." When my wife first read this poem in a 2001 No Greater Joy newsletter, she was so touched that she asked me to capture this wonderful collection of tips and advice for wives on her own set of laminated flashcards for her personal study.
