Do you have guest information cards in your church bulletins? Sometimes the information forms in bulletins aren't that personal. These cards have a more inviting touch. The front of the card has a purple flower design alongside a gray background printed with the message:

Keep these cards on hand, and pass them out to guests at your church, helping them feel welcome. The back of the card has space to fill out personal contact information for follow-up. Encourage guests to fill out the cards, and reach out to them throughout the week to let them know they were a welcome addition to your church.

Aside from peak seasons, most orders will ship within 2-3 business days and tracking is provided via email when the order is given to the carrier.  Delivery usually takes an additional 3-4 business days, and some locations can take longer for the carrier to complete delivery.

Please provide a physical street address when you place an order.  Mardel will not accept P.O. Boxes as shipping destinations for online orders, and your order will not be fulfilled until you provide an alternate physical address to our Customer Service team.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order in-store or online within 90 days of the purchase with receipt.  All merchandise must be in the same, saleable condition as it was when you received it.
