What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Mardel gift cards and PayPal. If you pay with a credit/debit card or PayPal, you will not be charged for your order until it ships. If you pay with a Mardel gift card, you will be charged as soon as you place your order.

How long will it take to process my order?

When you place an order, we make every effort to process, ship and pack your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of receipt. Orders made after 12:00pm CST will not be processed until the following business day.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We are unable to make any changes or cancel orders once they have been processed. To return an item or a complete order, please reference our return policy.

How is shipping to the 48 Continental United States handled?

We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping for online orders shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped by one of three methods: USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground or UPS SurePost. Expedited shipping options include UPS 2nd-Day Air or Next-Day Air. PO Boxes cannot be expedited. Please reference the chart below for estimated delivery times.

International & Non-Continental U.S. Territories (Guam & Peurto Rico)

We do ship overseas & to non-continental U.S. territories. The shipping rates are based on weight and size of order. Free shipping does not apply to international & non-continental U.S. territory orders. We provide a tracking number for your order, but the tracking number we provide will only track your package within our borders. Once your package leaves the U.S. it is no longer tracked. Your package can take 1 - 3 weeks to reach it's destination. We are not responsible for taxes imposed by other countries, should there be any.

Do you ship to military APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO military addresses. These addresses are considered U.S. addresses and are all made by USPS. Standard U.S. shipping rates apply and are based on the sub-total of your order. Please see the chart below for standard shipping rates. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses cannot be expedited. Please allow 2-14 business days for standard or free shipping.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, we will send an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

  • If your tracking number contains ONLY numbers, it was shipped via USPS and you can track your order at www.usps.com.
  • If your tracking number contains letters AND numbers, it was shipped via UPS and you can track your order at www.ups.com.

If two business days have elapsed since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your junk mail or spam folders. If you are still unable to locate a shipping confirmation email, please contact Guest Service. Be sure to include your order number with your email.

Can I order an item online and pick it up at my local Mardel store?

No, we do not ship web orders to Mardel stores. If your local Mardel store does not have the item in stock you are looking for, a store associate will be happy to assist you and order the product for you.

Can I have my order shipped to a prison or county jail?

Mardel will ship our products to prisons, county jails and other correctional facilities. Before ordering from our website, please contact the correctional facility that you would like to have your package delivered to for their specific delivery requirements, as these can vary for each facility. Please include detailed instructions for delivery and note that the item(s) are being sent to a prison or correctional facility when you place your order so that we can do our part to make sure the package is delivered correctly.

Some tips to keep in mind to ensure your package meets the general standards held by most prisons:

  • Include the prisoner’s first and last names, as well as the prisoner’s ID number in the shipping information.
  • Most correctional facilities only allow inmates to receive paperback items.
  • Your name will be included on the packing slip – anonymity is not allowed.
  • If the inmate has been transferred or is no longer at the facility that you ship the item to, we will refund your purchase after the items have been returned to us from the facility. This process can take up to 8 weeks – or sometimes even longer – depending on how quickly the facility returns our products to us. Mardel will not contact the facility to determine an alternative delivery for the inmate or former inmate.
  • Although we would love to allow you to include a personalize note with your package, most prisons do not allow this. Therefore, we can not allow it either so that your package will meet these standards set forth by the facilities. 
  • Packages for inmates generally should not include more than three (3) items, as most prisons do not allow more than this number to be given to an inmate at any one time.

What is your return policy for online orders?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 90 days of the purchase. All merchandise must be in the same, saleable condition as it was when you received it. Accompaniment music must be returned with the receipt within 24 hours of when you receive your order. Opened software must be returned in saleable condition, within 30 days of the purchase date. Seasonal merchandise purchased before the season must be returned in saleable condition up to 30 days after the season.

NOTE: Opened music, DVDs, Burn on Demand CDs and games are non-refundable. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Can I open an A/R charge account?

We do not offer charge accounts for individuals. If you are a school or church and would like more information about establishing an A/R charge account with Mardel, please email or call 1-888-262-7335 to speak to Accounts Receivable.

Can I use my A/R charge account at Mardel.com?

At this time it is not possible to use your church or business A/R charge account at Mardel.com. These accounts can only be used for in-store purchases. For more information about establishing an A/R charge account with Mardel, please email or call 1-888-262-7335 to speak to Accounts Receivable.

Is it possible to get tax exemption status on my Mardel.com account?

Yes. Please fax, email or mail your request to our eCommerce Department and include a copy of your state issued tax exemption certification, contact name, business/organization name, phone number and email address. All requests are subject to approval, which may take up to 2 weeks after documentation has been received. Once approved, your account will be marked as “tax exempt.”

Is everything available in your stores also available at Mardel.com?

We offer our wide selection of books, Bibles, music, videos, education & homeschool supplies, church supplies, toys and games, apparel and gifts & collectibles on Mardel.com. However, product selection online may vary from the selection in stores. If you are unable to find a specific item, please contact Guest Service. Our team of experts will try to help you locate an item, but we cannot guarantee every item may be available.

Do you allow back orders?

We do not offer backorders at Mardel.com. If we are out of stock on an item you can simply enter your email address on the item detail page for that item and we will notify you when it is back in stock. Once it is back in stock you will be able to purchase it like normal.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, applicable tax will be applied to orders received from states in which a Mardel store is physically located, including to Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Oklahoma or Texas.

What type of discounts do you offer?

Bulk Discounts
In most cases we are able to offer a discount on regular priced items purchased in bulk. For items priced $1.00 or more, a 10% discount will automatically be applied in your cart when you buy a quantity of 10-19. If you purchase 20 or more of the same item, a discount of 20% will be automatically applied in your cart. If you are interested in purchasing items in larger quantities of a 100 or more, call us at 1-888-2MARDEL or send us an email to see if we are able to offer you a higher discount. Items published by Lifeway are not eligible for bulk discounts. Items that are already discounted are not eligible for bulk discounts.

Church/Organizational Discounts
Aside from case quantities and price breaks on certain items, we do not generally offer further discounts to churches, ministries or businesses. Our buyers negotiate the best deals possible with our vendors and we pass on those savings to all customers, every day. We believe this allows all of our customers, both professional ministers and lay leaders alike, to benefit equally.
