Free Shipping Eligibility
There are two ways to qualify for free shipping at Mardel.com:
- Free Standard Shipping* on orders of $25 or more
- Free Shipping on any order shipped to a Mardel store

Mardel considers Standard Shipping to be UPS Ground.
What Do I Have to Do?
- Place at least $25 of eligible merchandise in your cart
- Proceed to Checkout and choose UPS Ground
- Complete Your Checkout
Free Delivery applies to shipping and handling expenses on purchases of $25 or more of qualifying items shipped within the continental U.S. only. Charges relating to shipping, handling, and taxes will not be included to meet the $25 minimum. The free shipping promotion will not apply to any order where cancellations bring the amount of qualifying purchases to less than $25; Mardel reserves the right to charge applicable shipping and handling costs to any such order.
How do I know which items qualify for Free Standard Shipping? All items qualify for Free Standard Shipping unless otherwise noted on that item's information detail page. You will see the words, "Ineligible for Free Shipping" directly above the Add to Cart button.

Ship to Store
Get free shipping when you ship your Mardel.com order to a Mardel store.
During the checkout process:
- Provide your email and billing address
- Choose "Pickup from Mardel Store" as the Shipping Method
- Select the store location
- Complete the order by clicking the Place Order button
- Print your order confirmation
Please Note: Your order may take up to 9 days for delivery to the Mardel store. A Mardel store representative will notify you by phone when your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Rates and Information
Calculating Shipping Costs:
Mardel calculates shipping based on the total weight and dimensions of the entire contents of your shopping cart. As such, we do not offer flat rate shipping. However, because we base shipping charges on the actual weight and dimensions of each unique order, we are able to offer our customers shipping rates that are equal to actual USPS and UPS published rates. We do not mark up our shipping charges beyond the published rates. To determine your actual shipping charges, simply select your Shipping Method on the Shipping Details screen during checkout. You will instantly see your actual shipping charges.
Please Note: The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery Expectations:
When you place an order, we make every effort to ship and pack your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship on the same business day or next business day as the order was placed. Once we have shipped your order, the delivery time will vary based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note your shipping method on the chart below for your estimated delivery time. Stated delivery estimates begin once the item has actually shipped.

We are required by law to note the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift.
Customs charges will be levied when the package reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of the order and will vary by country. Mardel.com is not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office for further information.
