Grammar and Writing

Saxon Grammar and Writing Homeschool Curriculum is a comprehensive language arts program based on the Saxon model of incremental development and continual review. Grammar and Writing covers English grammar, writing, spelling, punctuation, and vocabulary development. Using this curriculum, students focus on eight key grammar and usage concepts: capitalization, punctuation, sentence structure, parts of speech, usage, spelling rules, and diagramming. Embedded in the examples and exercises is content from other subject areas, so that students learn valuable knowledge while developing their English language skills. The Saxon Grammar and Writing Homeschool Curriculum is specially designed for students in grades 5 through 8.
