House is a great "horror" film without all the blood, extreme violence,scantily-clad women, or bad language. It's based on the book by Ted Dekker and Frank Perretti and pretty true to the book. I like that good wins in the end and darkness is overcome by the light. And, the on-line Bible Study Guide that is provided is a great tool for finding those spiritual nuggets in the film. It makes you think about the nature of man and the consequences of sin. It's definitely not a kid's movie, but it's great for adults who want a little "scare" without being offended by the content.

This movie is not a Christian Movie. I cannot believe Mardel has it on their website. Do not watch this movie
