Poppin' Patterns Birthday Open/punch out pieces from CTP4041 Poppin' Patterns Birthday BB Set. Cover the board with PAC65-170 Bright Blue Paper - and use CTP1932 Dots on Black Trim around the sides. Use a Medium Black Marker to write names on the chart and candle pieces - the names will need to match (Candle/Chart). You can add a photo in the "frames" if you have one available.
