Purchase Orders

Mardel gladly accepts purchase orders from public and private schools as well as churches and businesses with a PO Account. A submitted PO typically takes 7-10 business days to process.

PO ACCOUNT APPLICATION - In-Store or Online

PUBLIC SCHOOL, PRIVATE SCHOOL, BUSINESS, OR CHURCH:

The PO account for a public school, private school, business, or church can be used online or at the local store. If shopping at store, the person must submit the actual paper PO to be able to charge.

Complete the application. Application must be signed by the appropriate person in school district administration.

For Private School, Business, or Church: Under trade references, please do not enter banks, utilities, credit cards, Office Max, Office Depot, or Wal-Mart. They do not share credit information. Suggested trade references include: denominational publisher, local office supply, local florist, or local bookstore. References should be places with which you have a net 30 account.

Application must be signed by appropriate person in authority.

Please include your state sales tax exemption form.

Email completed credit application and sales tax exemption form to accounts.receivable@mardel.com. Or fax to Accounts Receivable at 405-745-1111.

 

Account Verification

You will be notified when your PO Account is set up. If you'd like to verify that your PO Account is set up before shopping, please email or call 1-888-2MARDEL to speak with Accounts Receivable.

Using Purchase Orders

  1. Go to Mardel.com to shop for items and create a list by adding items to the *shopping cart.
  2. Obtain a purchase order from your organization. Note: Must include shipping cost.
  3. Please email a copy of your PO and a list of the items you want to order to Guest Service at customer.service@mardel.com. If email is not readily available, you may also fax a copy of your PO to 405-745-1111.

*Item lists can be handwritten in place of an online shopping cart list page; product SKUs must be included; product SKUs can be found online or in-store. Check online for out-of-stock items.
