Shipping Rates and Information
$5 Flat Rate Standard Shipping:
Mardel offers $5 flat rate shipping on any order being shipped to the continental US via UPS Ground. It's as easy as that! The weight of the package doesn't matter & the number of items ordered doesn't matter. If it's being shipped to the lower 48 states, you only pay $5 for shipping!
Calculating Shipping Costs:
For orders not being shipped via UPS Ground, Mardel calculates the shipping cost based on the total weight and dimensions of the entire contents of your shopping cart. Because we base shipping charges on the actual weight and dimensions of each unique order, we are able to offer our customers shipping rates that are equal to actual USPS and UPS published rates. We do not mark up our shipping charges beyond the published rates. To determine your actual shipping charges, simply go to your shopping cart and put in your zip code select your Shipping Method in the drop down box. You will instantly see your actual shipping charges.
Please Note: The weight of any item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Delivery Expectations:
When you place an order, we make every effort to ship and pack your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship on the same business day or next business day as the order was placed. Once we have shipped your order, the delivery time will vary based on the shipping method you selected at checkout. Please note your shipping method on the chart below for your estimated delivery time. Stated delivery estimates begin once the item has actually shipped.
