Cover the board with 65-170 Brite Blue Art Kraft Paper and use CD108037 Colorful Stripes Border around the sides. Spread the WELCOME letters out across the board angled as shown, then center the orange letters "TO OUR WORLD" in a straight underneath. Make sure the orange letters are straight and level.
