Jesus was crucified between two criminals. One criminal hurled abuse at Jesus, but the other recognized Jesus as the Messiah and asked to be remembered by Jesus when He came into His kingdom. Jesus accepted the penitent man into Paradise.
As you look on this trio of crosses remember this lesson. There will always be scoffers and mockers. That is their choice. But thankfully Jesus offers forgiveness for those who ask. Jesus did not tell the penitent criminal his sins were to great to be forgiven. He simply forgave. The same is true today—forgiveness is available to all who repent and trust Jesus as Lord and Savior. He is the center of it all.
