You may not want to turn on a bright hallway light at all times either. That's where a motion activated ambient light can come in handy.
MotionGlo gives you up to 6 feet of soft white light to guide the way. Motion will activate these lights, so you won't have to find the switch to turn them on or off. The lights go off after 20 to 60 seconds. Trim the strip to your desired length, then peel and stick the adhesive to the desired surface, and magnetize to the battery box.
