Remembering to water a plant can be difficult. You don't want give them too much water, or neglect to water them at all. These clear, stone shaped vessels hold 7 ounces of water, and gradually release water into the soil of a potted plant over the span of 3 to 4 days. Crafted from hand-blown glass, these watering stones could be just what your garden or houseplants need.
To use, remove the cork, and fill the stone with clean water, then replace the cork. Turn over and test to ensure water is coming out of the release hole. Set the stone in your planter with the cork facing down. Be sure the stone is set on a level surface with the release hole unobstructed. You want to make sure the water isn't coming out too fast, or not at all. Tap the stone to make sure water is flowing. If you have bubbles rising to the surface, then it's flowing properly.
