Saint Benedict is known as the Patron Saint of Europe, and the founder of Western Christian monasticism. His legacy includes using the sign of the cross to ward off demons. This small crucifix is made with a Saint Benedict Medal to honor the history of the saint, in addition to displaying the image of the crucifix. This small icon can easily be displayed be carried with you or displayed on a wall or a necklace. The crucifix is packaged with a card printed with the message:

On the margin of the medal, encircling the figure of Benedict, are the Latin words:
EIUS IN OBITU NOSTRO PRAESENTIA MUNIAMUR!.

On the arms of the cross are the initial letters of Latin
words as explain below:
