HSL Unschooling or Relaxed Teaching Method

The Unschooling/Relaxed Teaching Style focuses on not educating in a traditional school setting or way. It is following your child’s pace, interests, and learning style, and not chasing grades. It is letting them learn through experiences while sometimes supplementing with curriculum.

There is lots of reading living books, narration, observing nature, and a wide range of hands-on activities. Kids learn responsibility, respect, and positive character traits while becoming confident, independent, life-long learners.

And many families get support through online forums, co-ops, plus homeschool conventions.
