Why when trying to process an order it says “Failed to Place Order”?

When receiving “Failed to Place Order” please do not continue to attempt to place the order. Please make sure that the billing address provided matches exactly that of your card being used (name exactly as on the card, address exactly as on billing/bank statement, etc.).
