Sometimes you can look outside and see the weather to know what time of year it is, or look to the sun to see what time of day it is. As children grow older you can introduce them to the tools we have to measure time of day, day of the month, day of the week, and the seasons.
This cute wooden board has an analog clock face with honey bee illustration in the center. Move the minute and hour hands to demonstrate different times as you teach your kids about time. The top of the board has a sliding scale to highlight the day of the month. The panel on the left lets you highlight the month, while the panel on the right has the days of the week. THe bottom of the board has a dial and sliding scale tod show weather and seasons. Go over calendar and clock details with your children to show them the ways we measure time.
