With 66 books of the Bible, it can see like there's too many to keep up with. As you teach children, or even inquiring adults, in your Sunday School class about the Bible, it will help to visualize the books according to how their genre. This wall chart makes it appear as though each book were its own separate book on a Bible Bookcase.
The top shelf has the books of the law laid out with red bindings, the books of history with purple bindings, and the poetry books with pink bindings. The middle shelf concludes the Old Testament with the major prophets in green books, and the minor prophets in blue books. The bottom shelf features the New Testament with the gospels in yellow bindings, Acts (categorized as history) in a brown book, epistles to the churches in orange bindings, epistles to friends in dark green books, and general epistles in light green covers. Each book is labeled, and shelved in order of where it appears in the Bible.
As you teach an overview of the Bible with this poster serving as a visual guide, your students will eventually learn where to find each book, without having to turn to the table of contents each time they are looking for a chapter and verse.
