Transform your party with some psychedelic party decor! The Happy Birthday Tie-Dye & Foil Pennant Banner is made up of two coordinating strands, and they are both strung on sheer white ribbon with thick paper cut-outs for pennants.

Each pennant has a rainbow tie-dye background with a capital letter in silver iridescent foil. The top strand spells "Happy," and the bottom strand spells "Birthday." Use the ends of the ribbons to tie both strands up. hang this int he entryway or hallway of the party space. The banner measures at 67 inches.
